McInnes Vice-Chairman and CEO, Plutonic Power Corporation Donald McInnes is the founder of Plutonic Power Corporation, a rapidly emerging British Columbian based green hydroelectric power development company. His background is in funding natural resource development through Canadian capital markets including the founding of Blackstone Ventures and Western Keltic Mines. In the last 18 months these companies have raised over $750 million in debt and equity. He serves on a variety of community and business association boards and is a frequent public speaker and contributor to public policy debate to both government and the public at large. |

Bruce Ripley CEO, Toba Montrose General Partnership Dr. Ripley has over 25 years of engineering experience in the hydroelectric industry including 16 years with BC Hydro where he was Vice President, Engineering from 2004 through 2006. In this role he was responsible for delivery of engineering and construction projects for the generation, transmission and distribution systems with annual value of greater than $400 million, and work closely with planning, maintenance and operations programs. He has worked on projects in Canada, USA, China, Philippines and Australia. He is a former President of the Tunnelling Association of Canada, has sat on the Boards of Powertech and Science World, and has been a member of the Electric Power Research Institute's Research Advisory Committee. Mr. Ripley has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil) from the University of British Columbia, and Master and Doctor of Engineering degrees (Civil) from the University of California. |

Grigor E. Cook, P.Eng CEO, Dokie General Partnership Mr. Cook has over thirty years of experience in the Canadian engineering and construction industry. He was the President and senior operating officer of Commonwealth Construction Canada Ltd., one of Canada's leading industrial contractors. Prior to joining Commonwealth in 1984, Mr. Cook spent 11 years with Barnett-McQueen in operational positions across Canada. Rupert A Legge, LL.B. Executive VP, Corporate and Legal Affairs Prior to joining Plutonic Power, Mr. Legge practiced securities and corporate finance law for more than 20 years at a major Vancouver law firm. He has a wide range of experience in advising public companies at all stages of development on a wide variety of matters, including regulatory compliance and corporate governance and will be providing this advice to Plutonic as in-house general counsel. Mr. Legge holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia. |

Paul Sweeney President, Plutonic Power Corporation Mr. Sweeney is responsible for overseeing the financing of Plutonic's renewable energy projects as well as assisting the Company in planning for the future and to take advantage of new growth opportunities. Mr. Sweeney has a strong track record of success with project finance, having most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Canico Resource Corp. where he was responsible for among other things, arranging project financing for the Onça-Puma Nickel Project. Financing of the project was well underway and commitments received when Canico was bought by way of a $940 million takeover by CVRD. Prior to Canico he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sutton Resource Corp. where he had arranged the debt financing for the Bulyanhulu gold mine in Tanzania prior to Sutton's take out by Barrick Gold Corp. . |

Peter Wong, C.A. Chief Financial Officer Mr. Wong is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada and holds a B.Comm. from the University of British Columbia (1989). From 1989 to 1992, he articled with the accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche in Vancouver and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1992. Subsequently, he has held a number of progressive senior financial management positions with a number of mineral exploration stage, development stage and producing companies, most recently as treasurer for the Huckleberry mine and as Chief Financial Officer of Rubicon Minerals Corporation. |

Bill Irwin Director, Land and Resource Management Bill Irwin holds a bachelors degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria. Mr. Irwin has over 30 years of experience in crown land and resource management. He has held various senior positions including Regional Director, Ministry of Crown Lands, Executive Regional Director, Land and Water BC, Executive Director, Provincial All Seasons Resorts Program, Ministry of Tourism, Sport and Art and Acting Assistant Deputy Minister, Tourism and Resort Development, Ministry of Tourism, Sport and Art. Key responsibilities have included review and approval of major project developments on provincial crown land and administration of a portfolio in excess of 30,000 land tenures in the province. |

Barbara Gill Director, People and Workplace Barbara Gill brings to Plutonic Power more than ten years of success achieving organizational, cultural and strategic Human Resource objectives, in both domestic and international markets. With experience in sectors including retail, private industry and information technology, Barbara's most recent position was Director, Corporate Human Resources at BC Ferries. Previously, she spent 6 years with OAO Technology Solutions working in Europe and the U.S. With a B.A. in Art History from UBC, HR Management Certification and a Diploma in Advanced Leadership from UCLA, Barbara will focus on building a culture and environment that fosters engagement and enthusiasm for the business, encouraging Plutonic staff to integrate company values into their actions with a clear focus on moving Plutonic towards becoming one of the best workplaces in Canada. |

Tom Syer Director, First Nations & Corporate Relations Tom Syer holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Arts degrees from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Syer has 10 years of hands-on political experience working in the provincial government. Since 2001, he held a variety of senior positions including Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Sustainable Resource Management and over the past several years, as Premier Campbell's Deputy Chief of Staff for policy co-ordination and issues management. He has most recently served as Director of Corporate Affairs, Western Canada, for Labatt's Brewing. |

Dave Cyr Director, First Nations Partnerships and Corporate Relations Mr. Cyr previously worked for the Province of British Columbia where he held a number of positions over the last 6 years. Dave was the Ministerial Assistant for the Ministers of Transportation, Labour and Citizen Service and most recently was the Ministerial Assistant for the Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation and Government House Leader. Dave's primary responsibility with Plutonic will be to build relationships with our First Nation and community partners. Dave formally owned and operated a small business for 23 years on Northern Vancouver Island and was involved in local community organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Minor Hockey and the Fire Department. |

Elisha McCallum Director of Communications Elisha McCallum's background in journalism and corporate communications will round out Plutonic's ability to build grassroots community support for future development of green energy in BC. Previous to joining Plutonic Power, Elisha spent seven years managing media relations for BC Hydro, one of the largest hydroelectric utilities in Canada. Elisha also managed public relations for the Vancouver Aquarium and served time as a reporter for both CBC TV and Vancouver Television. Elisha has a strong community focus, volunteering with the YWCA, Junior Achievement of BC and has served on both the board of the Pacific Assistance Dogs Society of BC and the Provincial Property Assessment Review Panel. Elisha feels strongly that BC can be a leader in North America in the development of green energy and create a legacy of self-sufficiency for the next generation. |

Murray Kroeker, P.Eng., PMP Director, Engineering Design Mr. Kroeker has over 21 years of engineering experience including 16 years with BC Hydro. His background is in water resources engineering including hydrology and hydraulic design of irrigation and hydroelectric facilities. He has worked on projects in Bangladesh, Indonesia and Canada. While at BC Hydro, Mr. Kroeker held progressively senior roles in the engineering division beginning with managing the hydrotechnical and water resources team and culminating as division manager of generation design. Mr. Kroeker is currently on the board of directors of the Canadian Water Resources Association at both provincial and national levels. Mr. Kroeker is a professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science (Agricultural Engineering) degree from the University of Manitoba, and a Masters of Applied Science (Civil Engineering) degree from the University of British Columbia and is a designated Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. |

Paul Rapp Director, Project Development Paul Rapp holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia as well as PMP, Professional Project Manager from the Project Manager Institute. Mr. Rapp is also registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Rapp brings a wide scope of skills and background, gained primarily through his twenty-plus years working in the Engineering group at BC Hydro, where he was most recently the Dam Safety Manager. Paul has many years of experience managing multiple constructions contracts and his experience has provided him with exposure to many aspects of hydroelectric projects including First Nations consultations, permitting and environmental concerns. |

John Irvine Director, Operations Toba Montrose General Partnership John Irvine has over 30 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Hydro Electric Generation and Transmission facilities. Much of John's experience has been in the field, with responsibility for start up, operations, management and maintenance engineering of small and large hydro generating stations, transmission and substations throughout BC Hydro's system. John also held responsibility for generation facilities throughout the province - approximately 11,000 MW total capacity, as well as held BC Hydro wide responsibility for the maintenance of transmission and distribution assets. As Director, Operations at TMGP, John is leading the commissioning, start-up and operations of East Toba and Montrose Hydroelectric stations and associated 230 kV transmission facilities. |

Mac Bell Director of Business Development Mac Bell is responsible for evaluating the financial opportunities available to Plutonic Power Corporation, researching new ideas to accelerate the company's growth, as well as promoting the company within the investment community. Mac holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering (Computer Aided Automation option) from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. In addition to his strong analytical background, Mac brings experience in developing stakeholder relationships and strong project management skills. Prior to becoming Director of Business Development, Mac spent one year as Project Director for the East Toba & Montrose Hydroelectric Project. In this role he managed the day-to-day activities on the largest independent power project in BC at 196MW. Prior to this, Mac worked in a business development role for a construction materials supplier and also managed a successful contracting business for several years. He is currently studying for the CFA designation. |
