Procurement of the generating equipment is progressing well with many pieces on their way from suppliers in Spain, China, Romania, France, Germany, Mexico and other locales.

To the end of January, 578 of 1725 wooden pole transmission structures have been installed, and 10.5 kms of transmission line has been strung.

To the end of January, 51% of the planned excavation and haulage for the Montrose penstock alignment has been carried out. Excavation continues at the powerhouse site as well.

To the end of January, 68% of the planned excavation and haulage for the Toba penstock alignment has been carried out.

As of the end of January/09, 109 of 225 barge loads have been delivered to Toba.
